In the Realtor community many agents are interested to find out what is going to be built at the Lake Shore at Narcoossee site. As a local agent I decided to do some of my own research and share what I found.
There are going to be three different lot sizes:
20 feet town homes starting in the high 100's
50 feet wide lots for singles in the mid 200's
and
60 feet wide lots for singles.
There will be a resort style pool and a club house. and of course access to the lake via Fells Cove &
East Lake Toho.
The lot sizes are pretty narrow in comparison with some of the other communities but Pulte is a national builder and with their experience building in the area I am sure that they will come up with some novel and interesting models for their homes.
Pulte homes are also more energy-efficient than the average existing homes. Pulte claims on their website that they are up to 30% more efficient which I believe may be actual a low number.
The community is adjacent to Top-Rated Narcoosee Elementary & Middle School. There will be a walk way directly from the community.
